Returns, Delivery, and Availability Policy for Online Orders

We always try to ensure we have enough stock of our goods to meet demand, but sometimes items may be unavailable from our suppliers. Please note that all items sold on our website are subject to availability. In the event of an unavailable item, we may send a substitute of similar specification.

Delivery of Orders

For up-to-date delivery information, please contact us. Standard delivery is free for orders over £80 and delivered within 7-10 working days. All orders over £35 are free unless a discount code is applied. Express delivery costs £4.99 and is delivered the next day if ordered before 8 pm Monday to Friday. If ordered after 8 pm on Friday until 12 pm Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that orders will not be posted or delivered on bank holidays.

Standard Parcel Delivery

Standard parcel delivery is free for orders over £35 and costs £2.49 for orders up to £35. Delivery will be made within 7-10 working days.

Express Parcel Shop Delivery

Express parcel shop delivery costs £3.99 and is delivered the next day if ordered before 8 pm Monday to Friday. If ordered after 8 pm on Friday until 12 pm Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Notification of Errors

Please check the contents of your delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation Rights and Damaged/Faulty Items

You have a statutory ‘cooling-off’ right which entitles you to cancel your order within 28 working days of receipt of the goods in your order, except in certain circumstances. You also have rights in respect of items that are damaged on receipt or faulty. Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out in the email we send to you to confirm your order and in our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. You have 28 calendar days from the date you received or collected your complete order to notify us of any items you are not completely happy with. We must receive any item you return to us within 28 calendar days of your notification. Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel to us.

How to Return Items

If your unwanted items weigh less than 5kg, you can return them by post or to your local Remedies UK store within 28 days of notifying us that you wish to return your items. PayPal orders cannot be returned.

Returns to Store

To return items to your local Remedies UK store, take your dispatch note and the card you used to make payment to the store so we can process your return. You must return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your total order.

Items Over 5kg and Larger Items

If you wish to return an item that is over 5kg, please contact our Customer Services team by completing our online form.

Damaged and Faulty Items The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows you to claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. In some cases, we may offer to replace or repair the item free of charge. You may have additional manufacturer’s warranties with some products, such as electrical items, giving you additional rights.
